Choose the right card, condition and grade

A card name is only the starting point. Check its set, collector number, language, finish and condition to choose the printing you want.

Raw card conditions

NM means Near Mint, LP means Lightly Played, MP means Moderately Played, HP means Heavily Played and DM means Damaged. These labels describe the condition of an ungraded card; they are not numerical grading scores.

Wear can affect edges, corners and the card surface. If condition is especially important to you, ask us about the specific listing before purchasing. A condition label does not promise that a card will achieve a particular grading score.

Graded cards and slabs

A graded card is enclosed in a holder with a grading label. Check the grading company, numerical grade and card identification on the listing and photographs. ACE 10, ACE 9 and ACE 8 are distinct slab grades, and should not be described as raw Near Mint conditions.
