Short, boldly colored brushstrokes create a halo effect around the behatted Pikachu, and the rich yellows of Eevee’s straw hat infuses the whole piece with cheerfulness. Created as part of a collaboration between Pokémon Center and the Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam, Van Gogh’s unique vision is combined with Pokémon imagination.
